This episode is about how the holiday season is not always a happy time and I give you some tips and reminders of things you can do for yourself that will help you navigate the festivities.
I forgot to say, a thing I heard many years ago, which has stayed with me - no-one else but you knows what you plan to do so if you forget something or it doesn’t turn out as you expected, don’t spend precious time and energy worrying about it because only you know.
