I have recently learned a great deal about neurodiversity and people on the autism spectrum thanks to Dr. Leslie Bayers of the University of the Pacific in California. I have attended Dr. Bayer's conference presentation about how to support neurodiversity in the classroom. I immediately identified a connection to leadership and decided to dedicate this episode to people with autism and how we, as leaders, can make them feel welcomed and acknowledged in our working environment.
