Joyce came from the high-tech world but always had a dream of owning her own business that is local and helps people in her community. She believes in taking care of her staff and cares about hercustomers. She credits her parents for her entrepreneurial spirit, having watched them with their businesses. AI has helped her market and build her business. She meets with a group of other small business owners that support one another with advice and ideas.
