In this week’s episode Dr. McCracken discusses a very common problem we have here, Allergies. Dr. McCracken discusses the terrible seasonal allergies that we are seeing this year with record high numbers, and the increase numbers of food allergies as well. Dr. McCracken talks about her journey with UTMB and the different ways she teaches, from medical students to residents and fellows. Lastly, Dr. McCracken lets everyone know that people do not have to “just live with allergies” and that “many simple changes can improve people's quality of life”.
