Horses were a part of Georgette Rosekeโs life for as long as she can remember, for her early love of the magnificent animals had been continually fostered by her mother. This early juncture solidified Georgetteโs need for a life intertwined with the equestrian world.
Factory work paved the way for Georgetteโs entrance into the horse world. Working to save enough money to attend Oklahoma State Horseshoeing School while continuing to chase the clock, barrel race with the rodeo, and raise a son, pushed Georgette and showed her the hardships sheโd be willing to endure to accomplish her dreams.
Hear Georgette reveal that the definition of a cowgirl has less to do with rodeos and horses, and more to do with tenacity and grit to persevere through every challenge one may face in life.
