Description

Following the traditional route of school into a career landed Nick Kuhle into a dead end. Two years into teaching math to school aged kids, Nick knew it wasn’t something he wanted to do long term. He was unhappy so he developed an exit plan. Nick achieved his Masters degree which increased his teacher pay and led to his future career. During his vicenarian years Nick fell into the typical habits of poor diet, overworking, under sleeping, fad diets, and terrible hydration practices. These choices caused him to unearth his own passion while he relentlessly pursued his health. His desire to always achieve better health has given him the tools to help others do the same. Having created a program called “KuhleFit” he teaches individuals about the six foundational principles of one’s health. His goal is to provide people with long term sustainable results. It was great to sit down and I can’t wait to see where you take your program!
