Ashley Noethe never knew what she wanted to be when she grew up, but she refused to let life decide for her. When she grew discontent with her college major in Northern Iowa, she changed it. When she lost enthusiasm for her teaching career, she reignited the spark by earning her master’s degree in the field. When Ashley knew she needed a change, she acquired a new skill and sought change.
Creating Almond Tree Properties with her husband, Justin is the outcome of years of growth and a beautiful new beginning for their family. The current project works to bring old properties from darkness of distress to new potential. Just like the California almond tree beginning to blossom in the dead of winter, ATP’s goal is to bring new life to the world of real estate.
