Tourette’s syndrome is a neurodevelopmental disorder that begins during childhood or adolescence. Having battled movement (motor) and vocal (phonic) tics during his youth, Sam knew he had this disorder before he had a professional diagnosis. Learning to thrive with this syndrome hasn’t always been easy, but with practice and patience Sam is figuring it out!
