The Celtics absolutely demolished the Heat 143-110. As far as game play is concerned, there is not a single negative you can take from today's game. We got excellent performances from the entire starting 5 along with a lot of our bench. The Celtics shooting tonight was unmatched by anything we have seen in a long time. They shot 64% from the field, 55% from 3 and 95% from the FT line!
Everything was working for this Celtics team. The Heat threw a couple zones at us and Porzingis tore it to shreds. We were aggressive getting downhill but also kicked out to a lot of wide open shots. The story line from today's game is the injury to Porzingis though. He left the third quarter with an ankle sprain. He did return to the bench without ice and seemed to be in good spirits watching his team destroy Miami so hopefully that is a good sign.
