This verse is found right in the MIDDLE of a chapter that detailed the chaos and curses upon a nation.
Find peace in the midst of that storm. Hold onto the sure promise of God upon your life despite and inspite of your present and surrounding circumstances.
Declare to yourself " It is well with me". For indeed, it is well with you!
