This week, take the long way downtown - past the old grocery stores of Jackson's past and into a little place called The ComeUnity Cafe, just off the city square, in Jackson, TN. Amy Crenshaw and her husband founded the Cafe 10 years ago, inspired by a similar establishment in the Western US. If you've not been there yet, you should definitely put it on your "to-do soon" list.
