Simplified Steps to Process Emotions (start with a prayer for God's assistance)
1. Acknowledge that you are triggered/feeling emotions/upset
2. Identify what you're feeling, write out all the details on paper if needed
3. Intentionally choose to let any negative, emotions go (sadness, anger, confusion, overwhelm)
4. Replace with positive-(truth, light, hope, faith in Christ) whatever it is you feel to replace it with.
