Description

Posture is defined as the position in which someone holds their body while standing or sitting. Although most people probably don’t think about their posture too much through out the day, it’s actually super important to monitor it when it comes to preventing pain. Having bad posture can cause all kinds of different pains in the body if someone is not careful, but it is easier to manage than you may think!
