There was a time when the 1998-1999 WCW Topps autograph cards, with few exceptions, were selling for very cheap. Those days are long gone. Collectors jumping in late are finding that these cards are not only highly collectible, but costly now as well. We sit down with Wes Moore, who has made it his mission to go after all 101 "officially" released WCW autograph cards - and even a few of the ones that never made it back in time to be included in packs.
