We sit down with long time collector and the Wrestling Card Price Guide creator, Paul Anand, and discuss the "Elusive Eight" of the WCW autograph cards, put out by Topps in 1998 & 1999. There are 101 different wrestlers who signed and returned their cards back to Topps to be inserted into packs. However, over the years, several names have shown up on the secondary market: Booker T, Scott Steiner, Hardcore Hak, British Bulldog, Bobby Duncum Jr, Rey Mysterio Jr, Ric Flair & Mikey Whipwreck. How did these cards not make it back to be included in packs? There's probably a story for each one. We discuss the rise in overall prices on all the cards from these releases and put to rest the notion that ANY of these were ever "pack pulled" cards.
NOTE: This episode quickly aged poorly due to the couple weeks that followed and we discovered a few more, never before discovered autograph cards. Check out our later episode where we discuss this.
