This week we discussed what we learned from Amazon prime day 2022. Every year we prepare well in advance, and after each, we review what went well and what didn’t quite go as well as we expected so that we know for next year and other prime-related events what we could improve on.

For those of you who missed prime day, didn’t have a Prime account and therefore didn’t realize this opportunity existed, it is a 2-day event with offers and discounts for members of Amazon Prime. Sellers have the opportunity to target Amazon Prime customers for two days with their best offers and deals. It’s a great way to gain visibility and potentially increase sales for a short period of time.

So how did we do this Prime Day? Was Amazon Prime Day a resounding success or was it costly and time-consuming? Did we find any trends on what was working well? And things that weren’t so good?
