Stress may be impacting you more than you realize. If left unmanaged, stress can subconsciously build up overtime and lead to burnout. Our goal with this episode is to give you guys useful practices to help better regulate the stress you may encounter in your own lives.

As we always say, control only what you can control. A large portion of the daily stress we experience comes from external factors that we may not be able to change. That said, one thing that we have 100% guaranteed control over is how we respond. The more aware you become of your own stressors, the better you can set your day up to handle them.
