The following interview is with Gints Zilbalodis, the director and writer of the 2024 Latvian silent animation film FLOW about Cat, who must team up with various species on a refuge boat to survive a flood. The film won the Golden Globes for Best Picture - Animated and is shortlisted for the Best International Film Award at the 97th Oscars.
