This topic wanted to be shared. I know a few women have reached out to me to ask for help or what to do. Please know you are not alone. Seek help, listen to your soul. Face the uncomfortableness as there can be toxic traits on both sides. Seek counseling, trauma work, somatic healing, get the help you need. Love yourself fully.
