Most of us will have gone through at least one break up (some of us considerably more), whether it was from your childhood crush, your first proper romantic partner, your kid's other parent, or any of the relationships in between. They all seem to happen for different reasons (falling out of love, sleeping with someone else, annoying habits getting that bit *too* annoying, lives simply following different paths) but they are all HARD. To help them explore the variety and similarities within breakups, Raphael and Jacinta have enlisted the help of special guest, the wonderful Flavia Fraser-Cannon. It turns out breakups tend to involve a fair amount of guttural sobbing, numbness, and film-watching.
