Have you ever tried to "bottle up" an emotion because you didn't want to feel the way it was causing you to feel? 

You're not alone, I have too. In fact, I suspect we all have. The hard truth is that it's impossible to truly "bottle up" our feels. What tends to happen is we actually carry the (unconscious) weight of them around with us through our lives, and likely have uncontrollable outbursts to compensate. 

Through this episode, you'll deepen your understanding about feelings, emotions, and even energy. You'll be introduced to a basic framework that you can use to "feel your feels" and adapt, modify, or tweak it as needed. 

As always, I share a story, and this one is about a time when I found myself crying in a public place, feeling awkward, out of control, and embarassed.
