If you've ever woken up in a "funk" and spent the day there, this episode is for you.
Through this episode, you'll hear some basic physic terms (with definitions) in order to help you make meaning of "energy" and what it is. We then discuss energy in terms of our moods and feelings and near the end, you'll hear some more "woo-woo" examples and definitions of energy. We cover it all!
I share a basic framework for shifting your energy (*note, I say "basic" in terms of layout, but it's not easy to do!):
1) Take actions to put yourself in a position of power over your life (change only happens from a place of power).
2) Recognize your "cues" for when it's time to shift your energy
3) Know your energetic tools & act on them
I share a list of some of my energetic tools in order to spark your mind & help you create your own toolbox.
Finally, I share a story about how I was given the opportunity to put my own methods to the test this morning when I woke up feeling quite low.
