"Leaning in" can seem so simple... but is it? Through this episode, you'll hear how I started leaning in with my physical body first. You'll learn that it's not about having the best-case scenario to excel, but rather it's about creating your "best-case scenario"... in any scenario.



I share tips on gaining the self-awareness to be able to choose whether you lean in, or not, and how to reframe the way you see anxiety and excitement in life.



This episode discusses the difference between leaning in as an act of "toxic positivity" compared to compassionately leaning into an understanding of your role in each scenario.



Through stories and real-life examples, you'll begin to understand that life is always happening around us (maybe even happening for us)... often outside of our control... but we hold a lot of power in the act of leaning in. 

After listening to this episode you'll have a clearer understanding of the choices you have every day and how to embrace the choices that feel best for you.
