Description

Being "sensitive" can feel like a burden when we experience it but don't yet understand it. Through this episode, you'll have the ability to make meaning of your sensitivity through the lens of a "Highly Sensitive Person" (or "HSP"), "Empath", "Clairsentient", and/or any place in between. You may find one of these perspectives to be more empowering than the others, and my hope is that you'll be purposefully able to choose how you relate to your sensitivity and tap into the magic of it rather than be restricted by it. 

I share how I related to being an HSP at a time when being an Empath felt too "fluffy" for me, and how today I most deeply relate to being Clairsentient. You'll also hear the perspective that while we can look at our sensitivity through these three unique lenses, we can also use these words interchangeably. 

Ultimately, you'll leave this episode with a deeper understanding of yourself, if you relate to being "sensitive", and from that understanding, you have a deeper ability to tune into your gifts.
