Eugene has quite the extensive athletic background. From competing on a collegiate rowing team on the East Coast, becoming an Ultra Runner, and now a co-leader with November Project San Diego, he's seen the impact a good community can have on individuals. November Project is more than just a one city thing, it has groups all over the world that Eugene has had the opportunity to workout with and we discuss the power of verbal agreements. Along with his athletic experiences and business consulting we dive into his purpose for doing what he does. Often people will say they enjoy serving others, but their attitude doesn't match.
