Running and community interaction has been a key thing for Iman Wilkerson over the years. From her time in North Carolina, New York, Chicago and now San Diego, she's created a pattern of finding her group. Her experiences in the different cities has allowed her to select the best things from each running culture in the respective cities and give insights on what works in the running world to build community. Along with being a runner, we also discuss her mental approach to training and racing, how the Rundown app began, and lessons learned from being an entrepreneur.
