Description

"Dance Like Everyone is Watching!" In this heartfelt and inspirational interview, Zatashah shares how she was able to put aside her fears around teaching Group Fitness at "her age" and follow her heart. Zatashah is a certified SH'BAM instructor and a well-known social advocate in Malaysia. She is the royal patron for Make-A-Wish-Malaysia and President of Alliance Francaise Kuala Lumpur. She is most notable as an environmental activist and Founder of the #sayno2plastic campaign. Zatashah is involved in beach and dive clean ups, coral replanting and tree replanting activities throughout Malaysia. This is shown tirelessly through her use of social media to bring awareness to #stopsingleuseplastic and #reducewaste.

Zatashah reminds us that "age is just a number" and when there is something that makes your heart sing, it helps you stay true and authentic to yourself.

Zatashah has gained numerous awards for her dedication to the environment - including ADEX Ocean Ambassador Award (2019) and Chevalier de la Region d'Honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honour, 2017).
