Lisbeth Helms! Lisbeth is a Danish expatriate residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I got to know Lisbeth through the classes I was teaching at Fire Station, a brand of boutique fitness clubs. And THEN, Lisbeth stepped back into the studio to teach barre classes after 20 years of not teaching classes. And this is just scratching the surface of what an inspirational woman Lisbeth is.
