Today I’m excited to talk with my friend—one of the wisest people I know—Kat Courtney.
Kat has many years of training and experience facilitating plant medicine ceremonies, specifically with Ayahuasca and Huachuma. These are both drinks prepared from plants which have been used for thousands of years among the indigenous tribes of South America.
Kat is the founder of Afterlife Coaching, which provides preparation and integration support for such ceremonies, as well as spiritual life coaching in general.
