One year after its inauguration, the Beausoleil motorway slip road has proven to be a game-changer for Monaco’s traffic flow. Opened in January 2024, the slip road has significantly reduced congestion at the main entry points to the Principality, easing daily commutes for residents and visitors.
Monaco’s reputation as a global sports hub was further cemented this week as the Principality was officially named World Capital of Sport 2025. His Serene Highness Prince Albert II presided over a signing ceremony at the Prince’s Palace on February 18, marking an exciting year ahead for sporting events and initiatives.
