Chrystiana is about to be a FULL time therapist and I am SO happy that we got to discuss her journey with routine thus far. With an ever changing client schedule, routine is tricky but Chrystiana does understand the importance of getting into better sleep habits! We chat about so many wonderful different parts of life and what she wants to become more consistent with in regards to her mind/body/soul! We speak of the importance of coming back to center and how to shift our mindsets from "I need" to "I get to".
