This is an exciting new Mastermind Program that covers 3 modules and can be delivered online face to face, or a combination of both depending on the client's preference.   The goal is to provide an opportunity for leaders to explore unique leadership landscapes of leadership and acquire new knowledge & skills to enrich their leadership journeys.   It's also aimed at supporting leaders create a humane workplace climate that will set their organizations to optimal effectiveness.   There are three modules each with 4 units and can be covered in a week face-to-face class full day or 10-12 weeks spread online 2/3 hrs each week depending on the client's preference.  

1. Igniting Self Leadership - Helping leaders understand their intentions, priorities, attitude, awareness, and model their vision and character. you cannot give what you don't have a leader.   
2. Communicating to Connect - Helping leaders understand the key to influence is connecting through communication. Leaders learn connecting principles and also connecting practices fundamental in their communication.  
3. Leading with Influence - Helping leaders understand the building blocks to better team synergy, people leave leaders, not Organizations, helps leaders understand how to be connectors, not climbers. Leaders learn how to listen, understand, nurture and reproduce other leaders.  

We will also share a survey to understand and address the workplace concerns highlighted by your teams.  These are key from the research we conducted for the creation of a Humane workplace climate that will drive organizational effectiveness.
