Throughout this life we encounter thousands of people and over time most of us come to learn that all of the people we encounter are not trustworthy. And I don’t think there will be any pushback if I were to say that having a trusted friend, partner, or coworker is valuable. Super valuable yet rare. There’s a saying that goes, ‘in order to have a friend you must first show yourself friendly’. Well today I’m going to turn that on its head and say, ‘in order to have trust filled experiences, you must first build trust. You. Not the other guy. And that’s not always an easy thing to take on. So I’ve grabbed a fella who I know does this very well.
