I don’t know about you but I’m forever seeking knowledge and information. My curiosity sometimes seems endless. And as a lifelong learner I’ve come across many great mentors and teachers. There’s one thing that I found consistent with great mentors and teachers, they love to share knowledge. They don’t get annoyed when asked a question. They go out of their way to provide as much detail as it takes. These are the real masters.
And when asked, the master teachers attribute their thirst for knowledge to their desire to always have more to share. That is what I’d like to discuss today. The paradox of how the teacher’s gratification is dependent upon the student.
