There has been a great deal of research on the subject of agency. Agency is all about having or activating the power to act independently and to make your own choices. Imagine living in a world where you could choose your destiny and you are empowered to act on that vision. I hear you out there. Yeah, Yolanda. That’s all pie in the sky. Is it? What prevents me from presenting the full expression of myself, my gifts and my talents in the pursuit of my dreams?
