I had the absolute pleasure to have David Magone on as a guest of The GETSTUNG podcast. David is the founder of The Good Stress Method. A method that is dedicated to improving lives with meditation, cold exposure, fire walks and forest bathing. He is also a world renown yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and an overall awesome dude!
