I had the pleasure of speaking with Elizabeth Lopez who recently got accepted into CSULB's M.S. of Nutritional Science and CSULB-ISPP internship program. Her journey to this point was filled with twists and turns yet once she decided she wanted to become a Registered Dietitian, nothing was going to stop her.
