In this episode of Kaka Balli Punjabi Podcast, I start the conversation with my personal experience in school and my bad encounters with my school teachers, where i was punished and slapped for asking questions. How the school system which was supposed to give me confidence, failed. Instead of contributing in my personality development, it sucked out every grain of confidence which i already had. How this bad system only focuses on studies and ignores every other talents kids may have, and pushes them down the road which they don't even want to pursue and kids end up with something in which they do not even thrive and stay average. Also a bit about individual creativeness and why we should encourage it. and how internet can play a part as a tool to help new generation/Gen-Z to help find their area of expertise.
