After the defeat of the titan, Kadum, the mithril golem wandered across the land, only to stop and stare out over the newly formed Blood Sea. Mortals devoted to the god Corean built a wall around the now motionless behemoth, and placed a temple at its feet. Over the years, a city grew up around the golem, and then a protectorate.
