We are back with a new episode on tenting and sleep. If you don't know tenting, it is a unique Duke tradition where students willingly leave their comfortable dorms to stay in tents in front of the basketball stadium for up to 8 weeks, just to get tickets to for the basketball game. In this episode, we talk with Dr Pedro Vicente Rada Rincon, a senior lecturer of neuroscience at Duke Kunshan University, on how this experience can impact sleep. We also discuss why is it that humans need to sleep and the ways in which interruptions to our precious sleep can affect our day to day living experiences. Listen and share the episode now!
