Description

While it's not quite a covid episode, you might say the pandemic inspires the topics discussed.  All around us, and at every level of our profession, The Great Resignation is real.  It's hitting admissions offices particularly hard.  How does this rapid turnover, large number of admissions counselors who've never experienced a travel season, and changing expectations of families impact staff development?

We are fortunate to have two guests ready to address these topics with us.

Marion Meadows, Director of County Programs at I Know I Can in Columbus, Ohio and President-Elect of Ohio ACAC brings insight to how students, counselors, and CBOs are responding to admissions counselors and how that should inform our staff development decisions.

Seinquis Leinen, Director of Admission at North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota, and President of Dakota ACAC discusses how she is approaching staff development in this new normal.

The entire season isn't about covid, we promise.
