Terry Tumbarello is the Director of Residence Life at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, in Whitewater, Wisconsin - and is a personal friend and mentor of one of our hosts. He describes how student affairs efficiently exposes rising professionals to a wide range of options outside their alma mater. We follow up with a career progression discussion with a rising star, Conner Ellinghuysen, Director of Admission at Buena Vista University, in Storm Lake, Iowa.
