Description

Three years ago, it would have felt like a wild thought experiment to imagine a world without college fairs.  Or at least the start of a zero-based budgeting process for an admissions office.  Now, the future of college fairs is genuinely unknown, and we have two experts to help sort through it.

Behind the scenes, Dan Savaadra has been influencing college fairs for years as the Founder and President of StriveScan, in Chicago, Illinois.  We'll discuss what problems he saw with the old college fair model to begin with, how he's guided us to virtual college fairs, and what he sees next.  Our practitioner guest is Mark Steinlage, Associate Dean of Admission at Saint Louis University, in Saint Louis, Missouri, and current NACAC board member.  Mark has extensive college fair experience from his time at Missouri ACAC and shares his own great insights for us.

Are fifty handshakes in one night in our future again?
