Welcome to the first episode of our brand new podcast - Showing Up. In this episode we introduce ourselves to the world, discussing our New Year’s Resolutions and why we’re looking to show up for ourselves by setting ourselves better habits. Along with chatting about what we’ve been watching, reading and listening to, we also introduce our first challenge for the month which is inspired by the Power Hour created by Adrienne Herbert. A jack of all traits, not only is Adrienne a trainer and director at Fiit, but she is also a motivational speaker, runner, podcast host and now author, having released her book, Power Hour: How to Focus on Your Goals and Create a Life You Love.
The Power Hour is an hour of your day that is just yours, no distractions, no dividing your attention, it is an hour to focus on yourself and achieve your goals. The aim of incorporating the Power Hour into your routine is to stop giving yourself excuses.
To hear more about the Power Hour, head over to Fearne Cotton’s Insta and watch her interview with Adrienne, or check out Adrienne’s podcast Power Hour. So join us and commit to this challenge alongside us, sharing your experiences by sending us an email at showingupbabseve@gmail.com.
Trust us, if we can do it, then you can do it too!
