After a hectic week in The McFox household, I wanted to share 5 tips that helped me stay grounded & hold my family. As a busy father, there is so much expectation of us, and especially when you get slammed with the random stressors that pop in out of nowhere. That is why it is so important to have practices in place that will support you and your nervous system, so that you can support those around you. Too often, when we get hit with external stresses, we crumble back into our shi*ty patterns, and then we are no good for anyone, and the whole house suffers. But, when you learn how to manage yourself better, you can become the rock that your family needs.
