I am feeling very grateful to share this conversation today with Diarmuid Lyng, a man I have looked up to from afar and have had the great pleasure of getting to know more over my time in Ireland. Diarmuid is a former captain of the Wexford hurling team and advocate for the Gaelic language, and a facilitator of men’s work where he brings men & teams back to nature to learn from the laws' of the land.
