In this series, hosts B Peterson and Marc Edward Heuck are going through the available films of Dorothy Arzner, the lone female director to work within the Hollywood Studio system during the 1930s. Today's episode focuses on her most well-known film, as well as the namesake of this series, DANCE, GIRL, DANCE (1940), which follows two dancers navigating the burlesque scene, romance, and female agency!
