I am so thrilled to have Shahzyah here today with me talking about her weight loss journey. She is a fabulous person who also had issues loving herself and being the person she wanted for many many years. Being a wedding planner, and having a fun yet hectic lifestyle, she had a difficult adventure with her weight. Shahzyah decided to finally talk to her doctor who recommended the best solution to her weight loss.
Shahzyah talks about having such a wonderful support system and how she went from researching to talking to others and her full in and out of surgery journey. This is a must listen.
