Shalom and may the Lord bless you my friends, it was a close call today. I didn't pre-record yesterday struggling even to get through the morning and coming home exhausted from working while in pain, the pain is less today thanks to my wife who helped me, yet I still feel exhausted despite going to bed before 9pm.
