Joining us is the amazing Abdul Fox! Abdul played college basketball at St. Peter's (1989 - 1990) and then at URI (1990-1994). Fox also managed to play professional basketball overseas for over ten years. He now is an owner of OrangeTheory Fitness located in Columbus, Georgia.
Abdul and I talk about his start with basketball, adjusting to college basketball, making a run in the NIT Tournament, not starting until his junior year, and playing overseas!
